📍 Norfolk (field-based with travel)
💷 £40,850 – £40,870 + excellent benefits

We are working with a respected housing provider in Norfolk to recruit two skilled professionals to join their Homes Maintenance team. Both roles are field-based and will play a vital part in ensuring residents receive a safe, high-quality housing service.
1. Quality Control & Assurance Officer – £40,850
*
Inspect and assess completed works for quality and compliance
*
Provide expert technical advice on complex building-related matters
*
Lead on complaint resolution and “right first time” repairs
*
Produce reports, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in building surveying or maintenance for residential properties
*
Knowledge of Building Regulations, CDM, and housing health & safety
*
Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
2. Building Surveyor (Aids & Adaptations) – £40,870
*
Manage the delivery of the aids and adaptations programme
*
Work closely with occupational therapists, residents, and contractors
*
Undertake surveys, prepare specifications, and oversee works
*
Manage budgets, waiting lists, and contractual compliance
Requirements:
*
HNC or NVQ4 in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
*
Knowledge of disabled facilities grants and statutory requirements
*
Experience managing aids & adaptations works in housing
