Construction Consultancy | Professional & Project Work | Hybrid Working
Location: London (with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 depending on experience + benefits + progression opportunities
An independent, well-established construction consultancy in London is looking to appoint both a Building Surveyor and a Senior Building Surveyor as part of its continued growth.
The firm works across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, education, heritage, and high-end residential. They offer a genuine mix of both professional and project-led Building Surveying work, with clients that include developers, institutions, and private estates.
The Opportunity

Responsibilities include:
Delivery of core professional Building Surveying services (e.g., dilapidations, party wall, technical due diligence)
Managing refurbishment and remedial works from inception through to completion
Supporting junior team members (Senior role)
Maintaining and developing client relationships through quality service and adviceWhat's on Offer
