Are you looking for a full-time, permanent Bus Driver role

4 day working week (currently no Sundays and Bank Holidays)?
Compass Travel is an independent bus operator with a friendly, down-to-earth team who recognise good work and have a genuine open-door policy. We’re smaller than many of the big operators which means our Drivers get to know the people they work with.

Whether you’re an experienced bus/coach driver looking for a change or you’re newer to the industry and looking to build your experience, we’d like to hear from you.

What you will benefit from:

After 2 weeks of employment, the opportunity to apply for discretionary, non-contractual family travel passes (you, your live-in partner/spouse and up to 5 child passes up to the age of 19 across participating bus companies).
£17.00 per hour Monday to Saturday
What you’ll need:

Valid Category D driving licence
Valid Driver CPC card
A reliable approach
A professional, customer-focused attitude
A strong commitment to safety
The ability to commute to and from our depot
The right to work in the UK
