Business Administrator & Marketing Coordinator
Working closely with the Directors and senior leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the business, strengthening client relationships and contributing to the continued success of a well-established and growing company.

Key Responsibilities
Business Administration Duties
* Providing administrative and operational support to the Directors and wider office team
* Maintaining internal records, trackers and schedules
* Coordinating meetings, appointments and office administration tasks
* Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and supporting documentation
* Supporting project-related administration and document management
* Managing client communications and maintaining professional relationships
* Assisting with event coordination, networking activities and charity initiatives
* Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office
Marketing Duties
* Supporting marketing activities across the business
* Managing LinkedIn and Instagram content to support brand awareness and company growth
* Coordinating case studies, project updates and marketing materials
* Liaising with external marketing consultants regarding website updates and digital support
* Supporting targeted mail campaigns and promotional activity
* Assisting with content creation and company communications
* Contributing creative ideas and initiatives to enhance company visibility and engagement
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
* Professional, proactive and capable of working independently
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
* Confident using Microsoft Office and social media platforms
* Positive, enthusiastic and motivated to contribute ideas and improvements
* Interested in administration, marketing and supporting business operations
Previous experience in business administration, marketing, client support or office coordination would be beneficial, particularly within the construction or built environment sector.
