We are looking for a Business Administrator to become an integral part of our team in Warrington. What You'll Do: As a Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our services meet and exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your responsibilities will include: Stakeholder Engagement: - Liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, maintaining respectful and productive relationships across AASC contracts and within the broader organisation. Business Improvement Support: - Collaborate with Business Improvement Teams to foster innovation and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Promote and help develop Operational Excellence accreditation and techniques across the contract. Administrative Excellence: - Carry out essential administrative tasks, including data entry, MI reporting, and document preparation across various departments. - Ensure MI reports are produced in line with company and customer requirements. Email Management: - Monitor and manage multiple mailboxes daily, processing emails as needed while adhering to response standards and managing customer escalations. Learning & Development Support: - Assist the Learning Development teams by scheduling, managing attendance, and performing various administrative duties. Team Participation: - Attend team briefs and meetings, participate in training and appraisal processes, and contribute positively to team dynamics. Data Protection Adherence: - Uphold Data Protection regulations and GDPR standards in all aspects of your role.
