Job Description
A leading insurance organisation is currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their London-based office. The client is currently replacing their outward Reinsurance platform and requires support with the delivery and integration of the new system with their enterprise data lake.
Job Details:
Start date - ASAP
Duration - 18 months
Rate - £600-£650pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella
Location - London
Hybrid - 3 days in the office
Key requirements:
5+ years experience working as a Business Analyst within the Insurance space.
Strong understanding of the London Market and Lloyd's Insurance operating models.
Experience with core insurance platform installations, including migration or greenfield projects.
Knowledge of Guidewire is a plus.
Proven ability to document detailed requirements including user stories, UML diagrams, gap analysis, and non-functional specifications.
Experience supporting Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall system implementation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
