Job Description
We’re building out a specialist Business Analyst team to support a major infrastructure programme with 8–9 live and upcoming projects. These BAs will operate at the front end of the delivery lifecycle — responsible for shaping, validating, and structuring projects before they reach build or architecture.
This team will be pivotal in designing and delivering Business Design Reviews (BDRs) to ensure each initiative is commercially justified, properly scoped, and stakeholder-aligned before sign-off.
Your focus:
🔹 Act as a commercial gateway – is the project necessary, viable, understood?
🔹 Lead early-stage engagement, requirements gathering & stakeholder mapping
🔹 Create and facilitate BDRs across multiple projects
🔹 Break complex requirements into structured, digestible chunks
🔹 Ensure strong documentation (Board-level charts, process flows, user stories)
🔹 Collaborate closely with delivery, architecture, and project governance teams
Ideal Profile:
✅ Proven experience in business analysis on multi-project programmes
✅ Skilled in shaping and facilitating Business Design Reviews (BDRs)
✅ Able to challenge assumptions and bring commercial clarity
✅ Strong communicator across all levels – especially in remote settings
✅ Comfortable with project software, process modelling, and Agile environments
✅ Telecoms or infrastructure experience helpful but not essential
