Business Analyst - Marketplace Programme
Dublin or Limerick (Hybrid)
Contract role
This role will shape business analysis across the programme lifecycle - from uncovering business needs, mapping "as-is" and "to-be" processes, to working with architects and developers on scalable solutions.
What you'll do:
Analyse and challenge business needs to define actionable requirements
Map current processes and design future-state workflows
Partner with IT and vendors to define technical/operational change
Support configuration governance and in-life change enablement
Ensure business readiness through SOPs, training, and process walkthroughs
What we're looking for
✅ 10+ years' BA experience in digital transformation/delivery
✅ Strong skills in requirements, gap analysis, process mapping
✅ Technical literacy (integrations, data, platforms, configuration)
✅ Excellent collaboration skills across business, IT, and vendors
Nice to have:
Telecoms/e-commerce experience, BPMN, Six Sigma, agile frameworks, API/data flow awareness, low-code tools, regulatory knowledge.
