Job Description
3 month fixed term contract
Monday to Friday - 37.5hrs per week
Rugby - office based
£35,000 - £40,000pa DoE
Our client, an establish company based in Rugby, are looking for a Business Analyst to lead on the development and standardisation of Standard Operating Procedures for memberships and qualifications. This is a fixed 3 month contract.
The key responsibilities of a Business Analyst:
* Process Analysis & Research
* SOP Development & Documentation
* Stakeholder Engagement & Validation
* Implementation & Training
* Ad hoc associated tasks as required
The key skills & qualities of a Business Analyst:
* At least 5 years' experience in an administration / business analyst role with experience in developing SOPs
* Excellent communication skills and confidence to communicate with different levels
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience working in a regulated environment desirable
* Ideally experience with dynamics 365 and/or Visio
* Strong IT skills
