📍 Angus, DD8 1AN (Hybrid)
🕒 36.25 hours per week
💷 £42,262.08 per annum
We’re looking for a Business and Customer Support Specialist to lead improvements in customer experience, information management, and service delivery. You’ll act as a subject matter expert, managing projects, driving change, and ensuring customers remain at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities

About You
Qualified to SCQF level 9 or with substantial equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and policy.

Excellent communicator with strong organisational and analytical skills.
Adaptable, resilient, and committed to continuous learning.
