As a Business and Economics Teacher, You Will:
* Develop and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in both Business and Economics to students at KS4 and KS5, preparing them thoroughly for GCSE, A-Level, and vocational qualifications (e.g., BTEC).
* Foster a deep understanding of core business principles (marketing, finance, HR, operations) and economic theories (micro and macro), encouraging students to make connections with real-world events and industry practices.
* Inspire students to develop critical thinking, analytical, and evaluative skills, equipping them for higher education and future careers.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing tailored feedback to support their academic growth as a dedicated Business and Economics Teacher.
* Contribute to the curriculum development and collaborative ethos of the Business and Economics department.
As a Business and Economics Teacher, You Offer:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* A strong honours degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
* Proven experience and success in teaching both Business and Economics at Key Stages 4 and 5.
* A genuine passion for business, economics, and current affairs, with the ability to make complex concepts accessible and stimulating for students.
