We're looking for a Business Assurance Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for Quality Assurance and Outcomes Testing. About the Team Our Business Assurance team is at the heart of how we deliver and evidence exceptional service and compliance. Working closely with operations and compliance, the team ensures our policies and processes are not just followed-but are driving real value and positive outcomes for customers. What You'll Be Doing Leading and developing our Quality Assurance and Outcomes Testing teams Creating, maintaining, and improving assurance frameworks that meet both regulatory and business needs Monitoring operational effectiveness, performance, and risk-and reporting on what matters most Collaborating with stakeholders to drive improvements in customer service and process quality Supporting hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management for your team Partnering with training and competency teams to spot trends and help build capability across the business Delivering clear, actionable MI reports and presenting insights at senior forums Driving calibration activities to ensure consistency across assurance reviews Regularly reviewing and updating policies and procedures Helping shape the annual assurance plan and identifying areas of opportunity and risk Where You Can Take It This role is ideal for someone who wants to: Be a champion for customer outcomes Innovate and enhance tools and reporting capabilities Build strong partnerships across departments Drive cultural and operational improvements Influence business decisions at a strategic level What You'll Gain A deep understanding of end-to-end customer and operational processes Experience leading assurance activity in a regulated environment A platform to develop and demonstrate leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills The opportunity to work in a business that encourages innovation, collaboration, and career growth We'll Support You With A full induction to get you set up for success Regular coaching, check-ins, and support from your line manager Clear goals and structured feedback A culture that values learning, openness, and personal development The chance to stretch beyond your job description and grow with the business What You'll Own Assurance strategy and delivery in the first line of defence Quality control and performance reporting Framework and policy development Driving continuous improvement and helping shape business-wide assurance practices What We're Looking For Skills & Experience: Previous leadership or management experience (ideally in QA or Outcomes Testing) Excellent written and verbal communication Strong coaching and mentoring ability Confident presenting complex topics clearly and effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Experience in regulated environments is a plus Attributes & Mindset: Organised and great at managing time and priorities Adaptable and comfortable with change Detail-oriented but able to see the bigger picture Collaborative and people-focused Able to flex between different assurance focuses while keeping a strategic view Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
