Job Description
Business Centre Manager
* Glasgow
* £33,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE
* Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
* Permanent
A customer-focused professional with a background in Business Centres or Serviced Offices is required to join a dynamic, service-led office space provider in Glasgow.
As Business Centre Manager, you will be overseeing day-to-day operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer retention. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong commercial insight and a proactive approach.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
* Experience in a Business Centre or Serviced Office environment.
* Strong background in customer-facing, service-driven roles.
* Excellent understanding of centre financial performance.
* Commercial mindset and ability to spot growth opportunities.
* Confident, personable, and able to manage a site independently.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Representing and managing the business centre on a day-to-day basis.
* Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Managing profit and loss for the centre.
* Supporting business growth and maximising revenue per desk.
* Coordinating facilities and maintenance as needed.
