Business Consultant
We have a new and exciting opportunity to join the CIO RBB team as an Business Consultant, working towards creating an excellent Business Banking proposition.
This role will support the Programme with Business and Technical analysis in a variety of settings, focussing predominantly on customer journey and control mapping.

* Acting as a key interface between the business sponsors and stakeholders and the technology and delivery teams.
* Creating detailed and thorough as-is analysis and designing to-be processes in line with architecture requirements.
* Working proactively in unclear circumstances to thrive in a challenging environment.
* Engaging with project team members and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are captured and outcomes are maximised.
* Ensuring timely and consistent communication to project manager and stakeholders on progress, impacts, and changes.
* Understand the business requirements to refine and translate them into technical requirements.
What you will bring.
* Mandatory experience in Banking processes - onboarding, KYC etc.
* Knowledge and experience of implementing business analysis & change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
* Proven experience of BA & Change Management approaches, tools, and phases of a project life cycle.
* Ability to build strong working relationships with programme team members and stakeholders to support effective delivery responsibilities.
* Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
* A deep knowledge of Agile methodology and principles, including the creation of user stories based on the readiness definition, and to remain up to date with new practices.
* Recognising business requirements, analysing user stories, and managing the backlog based on product owner prioritisation.
* Experience in solution design and architectural forums taking solutions through for approval.
It would also be nice for you to have.
* Agile Certification.
* Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts and knowledge of cloud-based technologies and knowledge of API/Microservices & App Development.
* Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
* Willing to take action and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
* Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) & how to leverage their reporting capabilitiesBefore You Apply
