Field-Based | New Business Development | Industrial & Commercial Waste Solutions

£32,000-£38,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (£60,000 OTE) + £5,200 Car Allowance

We are working with a local Client in Stockton on tees that help businesses manage waste safely, stay compliant and reduce their environmental impact. With over 50 years of experience across 15 countries, we're a global leader in environmental services - and we're growing.

We're looking for a driven Waste Consultant / Business Development Manager to win new business across your territory, helping industrial and commercial customers find smarter waste management solutions.

The Role

This is a field-based, new business sales role where you'll:

  * Generate and convert new business opportunities

  * Visit customer sites to identify waste management needs

  * Build tailored commercial proposals

  * Manage opportunities from first meeting through to close

  * Work closely with branch and operations teams to deliver outstanding service

About You

You'll have:

  * Proven field-based B2B new business sales experience

  * Experience selling into industrial, commercial or technical environments

  * Strong prospecting, negotiation and relationship-building skills

  * A consultative sales approach and confidence conducting site visits

  * Experience using CRM to manage pipeline and activity

  * A full UK driving licence

Experience in waste management or environmental services is advantageous but not essential.
