This role is not a call centre job - there are no high-pressure targets or scripted calls. Instead, you’ll focus on building genuine relationships with clients, managing real projects, and helping businesses grow. What You'll Be Doing
Manage a portfolio of clients and become their go-to contact for ongoing projects
Speak to prospective businesses and uncover new opportunities (all B2B)
Carry out essential admin tasks and keep records up to date and accurate
Build strong client relationships through high-quality, consultative communication
Use top-tier tools, data, and strategy to support campaigns and outreach efforts
Prepare for and attend regular review meetings with your clients
Continuously develop your sales and business development skills through hands-on experience and mentorshipWhat our client is looking for

Comfortable speaking to people on the phone in a professional setting
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
Able to demonstrate strong work ethic and business awareness
Confident using basic IT systems (you’ll complete a short typing test)
Experience in customer service or any client-facing role is a bonusPlease note: Due to the office location, a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
