The role of the Business Development Advisor – Modular Accommodation will involve:
* Business Development Advisor position dealing with a range of modular accommodation
* Liaise with main contractors, design & building contractors, government frameworks (e.g. department for educations) etc.
* Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
* Initiate contact with prospects through telephone and email
* Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects to understand their needs and challenges
* Supporting BDMs by setting up meetings and appointments with customers
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Advisor – Modular Accommodation with:
* Must have experience in telesales or lead generation
* Ideally construction related experience however totally open on product
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Confident telephone manner
* Excellent customer service skills
* Personable, team player, people person, driven and enthusiastic
* IT literate (Microsoft Office)
