Job Description
Are you a proactive, creative professional who loves connecting with people and driving business growth? We’re looking for a Business Development Co-ordinator to help build brand awareness, generate new leads, and support marketing activity across both digital and local channels.
This is a varied and hands-on position where you’ll play a key role in keeping the business front-of-mind for potential clients, contributing directly to long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and connect with local landowners, estate managers, landlords, and agents
* Conduct soft outreach and introductions via LinkedIn, email, and phone
* Log leads, support quote preparation, and maintain CRM accuracy
* Track leads, appointments, quote values, and conversions
* Deliver and manage local marketing campaigns and leaflet drops
* Promote seasonal offers and service packages in local communities
* Manage social media activity across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
* Update and optimise the Google My Business profile
* Encourage and manage Trustpilot and Google reviews
* Design and deliver engaging email marketing campaigns
* Monitor ROI for each campaign and report monthly to management
* Monitor marketing budgets and provide regular activity updates
Candidate Requirements
* Experience business development, or pre-sales support
* Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
* Organised and data-driven, with the ability to track ROI and lead flow
* Comfortable using CRM and social media management tools
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
* Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content
* Local area knowledge (Rugby and surrounding region) beneficial
