Business Development Coordinator £25,000 - £30,000 salary per year plus commission first year realistic OTE 40-50K Remote working available - Ability to travel to clients may be necessary Full time: 35 hours per week 9am - 5pm Amethyst Education is one of the UK’s only specialist permanent recruitment company dedicated to supporting schools and Multi Academy Trusts with finding exceptional educators from class teachers through to executive leaders. Founded by a former teacher, we understand the importance of securing the right people for the right roles, and we’re now looking for a dynamic, driven and personable Business Development Coordinator to help us grow our client base across the country. About the role This is a consultative sales role, ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships and enjoys working in a values-led environment. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with Headteachers, Trust CEOs and HR leaders, and positioning Amethyst as their go-to partner for permanent recruitment. Your work will directly impact the quality of education by helping schools secure outstanding teaching and leadership talent. What we’re looking for We’re open to people from various professional backgrounds, whether you’re from recruitment, education sales, or perhaps a former educator with a flair for communication and relationship-building.
