Business Development Director Remote – covering areas surrounding South & South East England (Hampshire, Essex, Kent, Home Counties) Up to £70,000 Basic plus Uncapped Commission (£105k+ OTE) + Car Allowance + Business Mileage + Wider Benefits Are you an ambitious and credible sales professional who thrives on achieving targets and being rewarded for your success? As part of their ambitious growth strategy, they are seeking a Business Development Director to drive the expansion of their client portfolio, secure profitable new contracts, and develop long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. With a strong presence across the UK, the business continues to grow as a respected name within the facilities management sector. As Business Development Director, you will identify and develop new opportunities, using your proactive hunter mentality and consultative sales approach to drive results. This role is perfect for a hands-on salesperson who thrives in a collaborative team environment, excels at building long-lasting relationships, and is motivated by success and high earning potential.
