Key Responsibilities

Personally own and drive key sales opportunities within Financial Services.

Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and understand their drivers.
*
Deliver compelling proposals and lead bid teams where required.
Customer Success & Communication

Ensure smooth transition from sale to delivery through close collaboration with internal teams.

Proactively manage and grow existing accounts, identifying upsell opportunities.
*
Monitor customer satisfaction and drive solution adoption.
Industry & Product Expertise
*
Maintain a deep understanding of services and relevant industry trends.

Mentor and support team members in enhancing product knowledge and sales excellence.
About You

Bachelor’s degree, excellent acedemic background..
*
Extensive background in business development or enterprise sales (SaaS or cloud strongly preferred).
*
Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
*
Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
*
Experience leading and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
*
Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders and driving strategic conversations.
*
Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
*
Previous Financial Services or regulated industry experience is highly desirable
