Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with experience in B2B sales, business development and account management. The Business Development Exec will be part of the sales team, driving sales!
Salary basic: £35K plus commission
Location: Horsham, West Sussex, due to the location, own transport is required
Business Development Executive duties:
Source leads and build sales opportunities
Account management: Develop and maintain existing client relationships and upsell products and services
Assist with service contract renewals
Handle new customer enquiries, qualify their needs, and provide relevant product solutions
Promote a comprehensive range of products and services
Monitor account performance
Ensure client needs are met efficiently and professionally at all timesSkills and experience required:
Experience of working in a similar Business Development, Sales or Account Management role (B2B)
Ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting client relationships
Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven
