About Universal One
Universal One Insurance is entering its pre-launch investment phase. We are preparing for institutional funding and are now seeking a highly driven individual to assist the Founder in identifying, approaching, and securing the correct class of private investor.
This role is focused entirely on investor acquisition and opening doors to serious private institutional investors.
Phase 1 (Pre-Launch – Unpaid, 5–10 hours/week)
Your responsibilities include:
• Identifying suitable private institutional investors (not crowdfunding / not angel investors)
• Understanding investor appetite for high-return opportunities
• Supporting the Founder with investor preparation, communication and engagement
• Opening doors to the correct investor networks
• Researching investor profiles and assessing fit
• Assisting in preparing investor-facing documents (non-financial)
• Coordinating investor conversations and introductions
• Being actively involved in the early investor process
This role is ONLY for individuals who are serious about being part of a high-value company from the foundation.
Phase 2 (Post-Funding)
Upon securing investment:
• You transition into full-time employment
• You receive a six-figure bonus
• A full contract and compensation package will be issued after NDA
• Includes performance compensation, long-term incentives, and structured progression
• Minimum 3-year commitment required for Phase 2
The six-figure bonus amount is disclosed ONLY after signing an NDA.
