Business Development Executive 📍 Location: Leicester (LE19 1SX) 💰 Salary: £32,000 - £41,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission 🕒 Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (flexibility available) Build Your Sales Career in Recruitment Optima UK is a well-established, independent recruitment agency based in Leicester, specialising in Manufacturing, Engineering, and Professional Services recruitment across the UK. We are looking for ambitious, sales-driven individuals to join our busy Manufacturing division, Engineering and Professional Services desks. This is a 180 recruitment role, giving you ownership of your desk-developing new business and building client relationships. The Role This is a sales-focused recruitment position where success comes from developing strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities. You will be responsible for growing your own client portfolio, generating new business, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you build your desk, increase billings, and maximise your earnings.
