We are looking for ambitious, sales-driven individuals to join our busy Manufacturing division, Engineering and Professional Services desks.
This is a 180 recruitment role, giving you ownership of your desk-developing new business and building client relationships.

The Role
This is a sales-focused recruitment position where success comes from developing strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
You will be responsible for growing your own client portfolio, generating new business, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you build your desk, increase billings, and maximise your earnings.
Key Responsibilities - Business Development & Sales
Proactively identify and target new clients within the manufacturing, engineering and professional services sectors
Build and develop your own sales pipeline and client base
Conduct business development calls and client meetings
Promote Optima UK's recruitment services and win new business
Relationship Management
Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
Deliver a high level of customer service and account management
Maintain accurate records using the company CRM system

Skilled at building relationships and influencing people
Self-motivated, resilient, and ambitious
Organised with strong time management skills
Experienced in sales, recruitment, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not essential)
