We're recruiting exclusively and confidentially on behalf of an established, fast-growing Norfolk business with big plans for the next chapter - and this role sits right at the heart of them.

This is a genuine new business hunting role, not account management. You'll be identifying opportunities, opening conversations with senior decision-makers, and building a consistent pipeline of qualified projects for the sales team to close.

What you'll be doing:

Using buyer intent data, market research, LinkedIn, Cognism and HubSpot to spot organisations planning projects where the business can add value
Making outbound calls and building relationships with Facilities Directors, Estates Managers, Property Directors, Procurement teams, Contractors and Architects
Qualifying prospects and securing introductory meetings for the sales team
Keeping CRM records sharp and building intelligence on target accounts
Working closely with a close-knit, four-strong sales team and marketing to make sure outbound activity hits the right targets with the right message

Proven success in a proactive business development, outbound sales or lead generation role
A genuine hunter mentality - curious, persistent, and comfortable picking up the phone to senior people
Resilience and the ability to keep momentum going when faced with objections
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot ideal)
Someone who wants to be part of a team, not just a number
