Location: Sutton-in-Ashfield 

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

SF Partners are delighted to be partnering with a well-established business based in Sutton-in-Ashfield to recruit an ambitious Business Development Executive. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation that is committed to developing its people. You'll receive full support, ongoing training and the chance to develop into a Business Development Manager as your experience grows. 

The Role 

As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities while developing strong relationships with both new and existing customers. 

Key responsibilities include: 

Identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking and customer visits.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Preparing quotations and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
Managing your own sales pipeline and contributing towards revenue growth.
Working closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Following up enquiries and identifying opportunities to maximise business.
Working towards sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
About You 

We're looking for someone with enthusiasm, drive and a genuine passion for sales. 

You'll ideally have: 

Previous experience in a sales, business development or customer-facing position.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A desire to build a long-term career within business development.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally where required.
