£35,000 – £42,000  £4,500 Car Allowance  Sales Incentive
 Wokingham, Hybrid 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business helping to transform the way homes are heated across the UK.

We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join the commercial team and help grow and support an established installer network across London, the South and the Home Counties.

Whether your background is in Business Development, Technical Sales, Area Sales, Account Management, HVAC, Heating, Renewables, Utilities or Electrical Sales, this could be an excellent next step.

This is far from a traditional desk-based sales role. You'll have a genuine mix of business development, technical sales, account management, relationship building and field-based activity, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being out meeting customers and partners.

What will you be doing as a Business Development Executive?

Manage and grow a portfolio of installer accounts across the Southern region.
Work closely with installers to turn qualified leads into completed sales.
Review digital homeowner surveys, assessing electrical setups, access and property requirements.
Visit properties to assess more complex heating and electrical systems and confirm product compatibility.
Provide technical support to the internal Pre-Sales team.
Identify new business opportunities and keep your territory sales pipeline moving.
Attend trade shows, industry events and local merchant mornings to generate leads and build relationships.
Work closely with the National Sales Manager to identify opportunities and increase sales volumes across your territory. 

What are we looking for in a Business Development Executive?

Trade / Installer NetworksA full UK driving licence is essential, as the role involves regular travel throughout London, the South and Home Counties.
