Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive:

Identify and qualify new business opportunities via cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and attending industry events
*
Deliver tailored client presentations and proposals that demonstrate commercial value

Build and manage lasting relationships with new and existing clients
*
Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activity, pipeline development, and forecasting
*
Attend industry trade shows and events to promote the brand and network with potential clients
To be successful in this Business Development Executive role, you will need:
*
Proven experience in sales or business development
*
Experience selling into the construction sector would be a significant advantage
*
Strong communication and negotiation skills
*
Experience working towards targets and KPIs
*
Confidence using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
*
A consultative and value-led sales approach

Self-motivation, with a natural drive to close deals and grow accounts
