Job Title: Business Development Executive – Telecoms (New Business/Telesales)
Location: Romsey
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (DOE) + OTE £50,000
Are you an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record in B2B telecoms sales? Do you have a passion for securing new clients and a strong knowledge of VoiP, Mobile, or Connectivity solutions? If so, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecoms Business Development Executive to join a Telecoms business. You will focus on generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and delivering tailored telecoms solutions. Your expertise in VoiP, mobile, and connectivity will be instrumental in showcasing our offerings and helping clients enhance their communication infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and approach new business prospects within target markets
* Conduct engaging telesales calls to generate qualified leads
* Present and demonstrate telecoms solutions, including VoiP, mobile, and connectivity options
* Overcome objections and have the ability to get past gatekeepers
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors’ offerings
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in B2B telecoms telesales or business development
* Knowledge of VoiP, Mobile, and connectivity solutions
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Target-driven with a passion for sales success
* Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient
* Previous experience working for a telecoms company is highly desirable
