Location: Bristol, England
Salary: £27,000 -£30,000K + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £35,000 - £40,000)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated Business Development Executive to join my clients growing team in Bristol! If you’re hungry for success, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, and love building relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll play a key role in driving new business across England and Wales, promoting our innovative “no win, no fee” business rates reduction service.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing as a BDE:
*
Proactively generate new business through outbound sales and telesales activity.
*
Build strong client relationships and confidently negotiate and close new deals.
*
Hit and exceed sales targets – you’ll love chasing goals and smashing KPIs.
*
Follow up on warm leads and referrals provided by the wider team.
*
Book and attend at least 5 new client meetings per week.
*
Successfully close a minimum of 2 new deals per week.
*
Keep your CRM system up to date with all activity and sales pipelines.
*
Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
*
Minimum 12 months B2B sales experience (essential).
*
Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
*
Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
*
Proven ability to hit targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
*
Experience in business rates or commercial property is a bonus (desirable).
*
2+ years B2B sales or appointment-setting experience would be ideal (desirable).
