The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across a range of industries. You'll be a key player in our expansion strategy, working closely with our directors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage with potential clients via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, knocking on doors and networking events
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
* Develop tailored proposals and pitch our recruitment services
* Negotiate terms and close commercial agreements
* Collaborate with the directors to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintain CRM records and report on KPIs and performance
About You
* Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role (recruitment or staffing experience preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets
* Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially savvy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable in a high-energy, target-driven environment
