POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
LOCATION: REMOTE WITH REGULAR TRAVEL TO BOURNEMOUTH
SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000 PLUS Realistic bonus potential of £5,000–£15,000 per annum increasing with experience

Our client is on the hunt for a driven and personable Business Development Executive who’s ready to make real impact.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the bridge between professional introducers and the client's estate planning solutions. This role is all about relationship-building, problem-solving, and driving growth.
Here's what you'll focus on:
* Build and support strong partnerships with Financial Advisers, Solicitors, Accountants, and Estate Planners.
* Identify and research new introducers in your region and understand how our solutions fit their needs.
* Deliver engaging presentations, training sessions, and client-facing events.
* Guide new introducers through the onboarding process and help submit new business efficiently.
* Work with the Trust Administration Team to quickly resolve service-related queries.
* Keep detailed records in Hubspot (CRM) including activity logs and pipeline updates.

Candidate Profile
* We’re looking for someone who:
* Has a background in financial services, or a related field.
* Is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Is self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Has experience with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred).
* Is eager to learn and adapt to new challenges
* Has a GCSE in Maths and English Grade 4 or above
