Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and resilient individual to work as a Business Development Executive for a growing company in Fordingbridge.
This Business Development Executive role is a permanent position paying circa £30,000 per annum depending on experience. You will be working Monday – Friday in the office 8:30am – 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
Aa a Business Development Executive you will be working in a team of 5 reporting to the Commercial Office Manager with the following responsibilities:
Delivering sales results in line with company profit goals
Developing meaningful, long-term relationships with our customers
Supporting the company’s expansion by driving business in every aspect of the role
Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth operations
Drive revenue by handling inbound and outbound calls with customers, converting leads into sales, and following up with underperforming accounts
Use your listening and questioning skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Handle customer complaints or concerns efficiently, turning challenges into opportunities
Assist colleagues across departments, ensuring a seamless customer journey and operational efficiency

Previously experience working as a Business Development Executive, telesales or Account Manager
