What you’ll be doing as Business Development Executive at TEAM:
Proactively reaching out to recruitment agency owners and decision-makers by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Confidently introducing TEAM’s core benefits and unique selling points.
Promoting our industry-leading job board discounts that save agencies thousands.
Showcasing the huge business value of TEAM Xchange — our collaborative platform for shared jobs and candidates.
Booking and managing introductory meetings and demos.
Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospects.
Working closely with the MD, Ops Manager and head of sales at TEAM HQ to continuously improve the outreach process.
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive with:
Confidence in outbound sales and cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Passion for recruitment or experience working with the industry is a major plus.
Ability to understand and clearly explain our member benefits.
Energy, drive, and a positive, curious attitude.
Organised and self-motivated – you love working independently and getting results.
