Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development professional to join our team. This role is integral to connecting our learners with employment opportunities and supporting the growth of our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage employers to create interview and work opportunities for our learners.

Support learners throughout their learning journey, ensuring they are prepared and confident for employment opportunities.

Assist with the recruitment business, including servicing existing clients and contributing to the development of new client relationships.

Work closely with the team to align employer partnerships with the needs of our learners.
*
Support the growth and delivery of Momentum Training services as the business expands.
Ideal Candidate:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in business development, recruitment, or client management is desirable.

Passionate about supporting learners into work and creating positive employment outcomes.
