Up to £40,000 + Generous Uncapped Commission

With a team of highly skilled consultants, they support both public and private sector clients with accurate, reliable and compliant building data.

Due to continued expansion, they are now hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business and secure clients requiring commercial compliance services. You will be working closely with the CEO to help shape the future of the business.

If you have hands-on experience delivering EPCs, DECs or property compliance assessments AND enjoy the client-facing aspect of your work, this is a perfect opportunity to:

Key Responsibilities

  * Generate and convert new business across the built environment sector

  * Achieve sales KPIs, revenue targets and pipeline objectives

  * Promote services such as EPCs, DECs, compliance reporting and technical assessments

  * Prepare quotations, bids and proposals; manage full sales cycle

  * Build strong relationships with FMs, local authorities, architects, agents & consultants

  * Maintain CRM accuracy and provide reliable forecasting

  * Collaborate closely with assessors and engineers for smooth project handover
