Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Salesperson to join a dynamic logistics environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who may be in the early stages of their logistics sales career, looking to make a real impact and grow with an ambitious team.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident on the phone, and genuinely interested in the logistics sector—not just the salary. You’ll be expected to spot opportunities, convert leads into business, and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a personal client portfolio
* Generate and follow up on leads via phone, email, and in-person visits
* Pitch logistics solutions effectively to prospective clients
* Maintain detailed records and pipelines using internal CRM systems
* Work closely with operations to ensure service delivery matches client expectations
* Keep up to date with market trends and competitors
What We’re Looking For
* Ideally some experience in logistics sales or a similar customer-facing role
* Strong phone presence and confidence in handling outreach and negotiations
* Solid understanding of sea freight (import/export); experience in air, road, and warehousing is a bonus
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
* Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
* A self-starter who’s motivated by results and wants to build a career
