Business Development Executive – Accountancy Practice
Location: Lancaster
Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 DOE + Commission
We’re looking for a driven and results-focused Business Development Executive to join a successful accountancy practice in Lancaster. This is a proactive sales role where you’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and driving growth across a wide range of accounting services.
What you’ll be doing

Prospecting and generating new business opportunities across SMEs and larger organisations.

Booking and attending client meetings, showcasing the firm’s full range of services.

Building strong relationships and converting leads into long-term clients.

Working closely with the wider team to deliver tailored solutions.

Consistently achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
What we’re looking for

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing commercial role.
