Job Description

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager working in luxury interiors or high-end design? Do you have a proven track record of winning B2B accounts and building long-term client relationships? Are you looking to work with a world-renowned design-led brand in a commercially strategic role? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading name in luxury interiors, known globally for quality, craftsmanship, and innovation. Based from their Chelsea showroom, you will take ownership of B2B sales growth across both UK and international markets. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and secure new B2B sales opportunities in luxury design, furnishings, and interiors * Build strong, long-term relationships with architects, designers, and high-net-worth clients * Deliver high-impact sales presentations and lead commercial negotiations * Represent the brand at global trade shows, design exhibitions, and networking events * Develop and execute international sales strategies in line with business growth plans * Use CRM tools to track performance, forecast revenue, and report to senior leadership * Mentor and support junior sales colleagues * Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the company’s design values and heritage Candidate Requirements: * Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury interiors, furnishings, or premium lifestyle sales * Strong B2B background with a proven ability to grow major accounts * Confident in leading presentations and building client trust at a senior level * Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills * Commercially driven with the ability to analyse performance and spot growth opportunities * Comfortable using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and managing sales pipelines * A strong understanding of design-led industries and working with creative teams * Willingness to travel internationally as required * Degree-level qualification preferred (Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field) What’s On Offer: * Join an iconic and globally recognised luxury interiors brand * Be part of a highly collaborative and successful sales team * Shape global sales strategy and lead on key client development * Collaborate with visionary designers, architects, and international clientele * Career progression, bonus potential, and the chance to make a real commercial impact Location: Chelsea, London showroom (office-based) Salary: £40000 – £50,000 basic + bonus Start date: Flexible, depending on notice period Job type: Permanent, full-time
