What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing and expanding a portfolio of key B2B clients
Uncovering new opportunities within accounts to upsell technology and services
Building strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers across multiple industries
Mapping out accounts and identifying new contacts to open doors and close deals
Collaborating with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics) to deliver end-to-end client success
Logging and managing pipeline activity using Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Have 3-5 years of B2B solution sales experience – ideally hardware, software, or tech
Know how to build sales pipelines and consistently hit revenue targets
Are confident picking up the phone and driving conversations with clients
Are goal-driven, self-motivated, and tenacious with a commercial mindset
Love the challenge of growing existing accounts and uncovering new revenue streams
Are based near Bristol and have your own transport (public transport to Avonmouth is unreliable)What’s In It For You?
💰 £28,000 – £35,000 base (depending on experience)
💸 Uncapped commission — 10% on every deal, with top earners clearing £70K+ OTE
