The role of the Projects Business Development Manager – Bathroom & Kitchen Products will involve:
* Field sales role selling a wide range of high quality manufactured and distributed range of bathroom & kitchen products such as: shower enclosures, taps, basins, bathroom furniture, tiles, kitchen sinks, kitchen accessories
* All of your time will be spent selling to regional / national developers and housebuilders
* Work in conjunction with the dedicated distribution / merchant team
* Majority of your time will be spend generating new business however will be given on-going projects
* Dealing with average order values of between £5k-£300k
* Focusing on projects within the commercial, residential and hospitality sectors
The ideal applicant will be Projects Business Development Manager – Bathroom & Kitchen Products with:
* Must have a demonstrable track record selling to developers, housebuilders, main-contractors & sub-contractors
* Ideally have sold a KBB product such as; shower enclosures, taps, basins, bathroom furniture, tiles, kitchen sinks, kitchen accessories
* Ideally have a black book of contact to transition straight into the role with main-contractors, sub-contractors and developers
* Must be tenacious, hungry and driven
* Must be able to build relationships and trust
