About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will cover London and surrounding areas territory, the most active market in the UK for bridging finance. Your mission: to drive new business, grow existing broker relationships, and position this lender as the go-to partner for bridging solutions.
You will spend the majority of your time out in the field (around three days per week) engaging with brokers and intermediaries, with the remaining time dedicated to pipeline management and deal progression. Backed by a strong internal team and comprehensive onboarding, you will be empowered to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, manage, and expand relationships with brokers, introducers, and key partners
* Promote a competitive bridging finance product suite, educating brokers on criteria, service levels, and deal structures
* Drive new lending opportunities through field-based and virtual meetings, networking, and events
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure deals complete smoothly and clients receive exceptional service
* Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets and KPIs
* Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums across London
Package & BenefitsBase Salary:
* £75,000 – £85,000 (DOE)

* Proven track record in bridging finance as a Business Development Manager, ideally within the London

* Driven, target-focused, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to territory growth
