Business Development Manager – Capital Allowances
Location: London (Hybrid working – 2 days in office)

The Role
We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join the team and take full ownership of outbound sales and lead generation. This is a pure hunter role – you’ll be identifying, contacting, and converting new clients, supported by experienced senior advisors and an existing high-performing BDM.
You'll be using a combination of prospecting tools (including CoStar), referral building, and direct outreach to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have outbound B2B sales experience and be excited by the chance to specialise in a technical, regulated advisory market.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, and lead-sourcing platforms
Build and manage referral networks across tax, property, and related sectors
Use CoStar and other tools to identify commercial property opportunities
Work closely with the founders and BD team to execute on sales strategy
Manage pipeline activity and reporting with precision
Stay up to speed with product training and the Capital Allowances marketWho We’re Looking For
2–5 years’ experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation
Strong communicator with commercial instincts and drive
Experience in Capital Allowances, property, or tax incentives
Comfortable with cold outreach and high-autonomy sales environments
High personal integrity – the firm operates with strict professional standards
