Business Development Manager – Capital Equipment
Basic Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + OTE £100,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
Location: South UK Territory (Field-Based)

The Role
You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships. You will work with senior decision-makers in premium, brand-conscious organisations, presenting solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
* Manage the full sales cycle, typically 4–6 weeks, from prospecting to close.
* Target deal values averaging £50k+ with multiple stakeholders involved.
* Identify growth opportunities with existing accounts while driving net new client wins.
* Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
* Analyse performance metrics and sales conversion rates to ensure consistent growth.
* Work closely with internal marketing and technical teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
About You
* Proven experience in B2B new business sales with a strong hunter profile.
* Consultative selling skills with the ability to educate and influence decision-makers.
* Metrics-driven and analytical, able to plan top-of-funnel activity to hit targets.
* Experience managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
* Resilient, commercially aware, and confident presenting to senior-level clients.
* Full UK driving licence and comfortable covering a South UK territory.
