Job Description

Role Summary Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and to support our exciting growth plans, we require an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in obtaining new business growth from electro-mechanical, IoT or similar cloud / web connected devices within a retail, industrial or commercial market, to deliver strategic and commercial objectives associated with Lowe and Fletcher connected locking systems. This role is critical to deliver the Lowe and Fletcher UK business strategy and nationwide travel within the UK is an essential requirement. Key Responsibilities * To work with the Head of Sales and Commercial Director to establish a Sales Plan for Connected Locker Systems aligning to the Lowe and Fletcher UK Business strategy. * To drive growth of the Lowe and Fletcher Limited portfolio of connected locking systems including, but not limited to code managed locking solutions, electronic latches, locker management enterprise software, locker management mobile applications. * To establish a sales pipeline for Connected Locker Systems from new and existing customers. * To manage all Connected Locker Systems sales opportunities from initial enquiry through to supply of equipment. * Work closely with the Product Manager – Connected Locker Systems, to identify customer requirements for connected locking systems and to provide input to product roadmaps and contribute to the commercial development pipeline. * To manage and create accurate, detailed and engaging proposals to fulfill customer enquiries. * To work with building architects and designers in order to have Lowe & Fletcher connected solutions included within their construction projects and building specifications. * To manage responses to tenders, RFQs and any other forms of detailed requests for information from customers relating to Connected Locker Systems. * To support with the administration and delivery of orders. * To conduct marketing and sales analysis of connected locking systems across the UK. * Work with the UK sales team to manage a sales pipeline of prospective and target connected locking systems business and progress them to the point of order. * Conduct customer demonstrations at customer sites. To assist other Group businesses located in Europe and US potentially with travel requirements
