Job Title: Business Development Manager – Contract Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Area to be covered: North
Remuneration: £50,000- £60,000 + 1% commission
Benefits: Volvo XC40 hybrid or £6,000 car allowance & full company benefits
The role of the Business Development Manager – Contract Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms will involve:
* Business Development Manager position selling our clients manufactured range of contract kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms purely focusing on high-rise residential projects
* All of your time will be focused on selling to major housebuilders, national & regional housebuilders, developers and contractors
* Inundated with incoming high-rise leads for you to go at
* Inheriting a well-established area turnover circa £2m
* Will be KPI focused initially
* Reporting to Sales Director
The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager – Contract Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms with:
* Must have field sales experience in the KBB sector
* Must have highrise project sales experience
* Ideally knowledge or experience with major, national, regional house builders & developers
* Must be able to communicate at all levels
* Charismatic, very personable, professional and confident
* IT literate
