Our client is looking for a part-time Business Development Manager with a genuine passion for DE&I and Gender Equity to join their team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and brings strong knowledge of DE&I and L&D practices, combined with experience in the HR, Tech or Consultancy sectors.

Responsibilities in your new role as a Business Development Manager
As the Business Development Manager, you will be the first point of contact for clients. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, showing them how the product can help, and guide them through the sales journey. Day-to-day you will identify and engage with prospective clients across the UK, lead discovery conversations and understand client challenges in L&D, DEI or productivity. Support with proposals, quotes and onboarding alongside their delivery team. And ultimately, help them meet their ambitious growth targets, without sacrificing quality or care.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are looking someone with a B2B background and experience in HR, Tech, or Consultancy, who also brings a genuine passion and strong understanding of L&D and DE&I initiatives, either through hands-on involvement or by successfully selling into these sectors.
You should be a natural communicator with the ability to build strong relationships. This role suit some someone who has experience in a senior sales position recommending the right services and solutions based on customers needs.
You should have also used workplace tools, platforms or coaching solutions. You should also be familiar with CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar) and the ability to keeping everything organised in a CRM.
