Business Development Manager – Early Years Recruitment
Nova Group are looking for a confident hard working new businessperson to join our growing Early Years recruitment team.
Are you a BD currently looking for a change? Or do you have experience with 360 Temporary recruitment and hoping to take the next step in your career? We want to hear from you.
We are looking for someone who knows how to go out, win business, and build relationships.
The role
* Calling nurseries to introduce our services and find out their staffing needs
* Booking meetings with nursery managers, directors, and decision-makers
* Pitching our services in a way that’s honest, straightforward, and built on trust
* Following up on leads and keeping your CRM up to date with all activity
* Building relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.
* Hitting and exceeding sales targets
* Understanding the early years sector so you can have real, informed conversations
* Working closely with our delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
* Being proactive – always on the lookout for new opportunities and ways to grow

* You’re confident and know how to sell
* You are resilient & can handle rejection
* You’re ambitious and want to earn well/grow your own team or both
* You have an old-school work ethic and know that you have to show up every day to succeed
* You have experience working in a recruitment or sales environment
