Do you have a passion for great food and a talent for building strong customer relationships? We're looking for a Business Development Manager/ Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in the snacks industry, covering a vibrant territory across Stevenage and surrounding areas.
🔍 Your Role:
As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for:
Growing our presence across multiple sectors including hospitality, restaurants, cafés, retail, and foodservice
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
Identifying new business opportunities and securing new listings
Promoting our snack brands through engaging product presentations and tastings
Managing your own schedule and territory to maximise impact
✅ What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in field sales, ideally within FMCG or food & drink
Confidence in selling into a diverse customer base (e.g. restaurants, pubs, hotels, independent retailers)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
A self-starter attitude with a passion for food and customer service
Full UK driving licence
