Area to be covered: West Midlands, South West & South Wales
Remuneration: £50,000 + profit related bonuses up to £21,000 on top (if both company & personal targets are met)

The role of the Business Development Manager – Flat Roof Insulation will involve:
* Field sales position selling a manufactured range of flat roofing insulation
* Majority of your time will be spent selling to flat roofing / membrane manufacturers
* The remaining portion of your time will be spent selling to main & sub-contractors
* Inheriting a territory currently turning over £1.6m
* Typical projects include residential buildings, hotels, healthcare, education etc
* Can be based Birmingham, Bristol and Cardiff or anywhere in between
The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager – Flat Roof Insulation with:
* Must have field sales experience in the building envelope sectors
* Ideally flat roofing, insulation or facades however not essential
* Ideally sold to flat roofing manufacturers however not essential
* IT literate
